  Packages

Below are some examples of the event planning packages provided by The Lock & Key, however please remember these are just a general guideline of some of the things that would be included in that price point. We realize one package wouldn't always meet the needs of every bride so please inquire if you feel some of the things listed aren't services you would require, or if your maybe looking for help in some areas not listed. We are happy to tailor a package to your needs. Also, please note, when it says "starting at" this is really just to say we are confident in our abilities to handle the tasks that would come with an event that size.  For events of a much larger scale, for example a wedding with 300 guests, we would hire addtional helping hands to ensure your day would run as flawlessly as possible and a small increase in price would reflect the additional help. The Full Planning Package   •up to 150 guests• 

This package is the real deal, we do it all! An initial meeting will allow us to work together to create a general theme for your big day. This is when we will discuss all your wedding dreams, whether it be the rustic backyard BBQ or the glamorous Cinderella affair, we look forward to making all your dreams a reality. Together we can look at different colour options, decor ideas and any other special touches that are important to you and from there we will create a vision board that can evolve throughout the planning process. Granted every bride and every wedding are different, here is a look at some of the things included in the full planning package:

 

  • The services of both Lock & Key ladies

  • Unlimited meetings throughout the planning process

  • Unlimited correspondence via phone or email to keep your mind at ease

  • Venue visits with the Bride

  • Create a Pinterest board, a place for us to share ideas

  • First dibs on any of our rental items available at a discounted rate of 30% off

  • Recommendations on Vendors, with all correspondence regarding booking

  • Block off hotel rooms for out of town guests

  • Budget assistance, if requested

  • Attend rehearsal

  • All set up including tables and chairs, decor, lights etc

  • Create day of timeline and communicate with the MC to keep the night on schedule

  • Full service day of the wedding for any and all of your needs

 The Day-of Coordination Package  up to 150 guests• 

This package is for the bride who has all the ideas but wants to spend her day relaxing, mimosa in hand, while someone else does all the work!  Granted we would be happy to communicate via phone or email along the way, this package begins 4-6 weeks before the wedding. At that time we would meet up and go over all the beautiful details you have come up with so far and make sure you haven’t forgotten anything. We will create a to-do list, a timeline for the wedding day, collect vendor contact information and create a site map for where you would like everything set up. Because we know every bride and every wedding is unique, we can fine tune the details to suite your needs, but below is generally what would be included in this package:

 

  • The services of both Lock & Key ladies

  • Two - one hour meetings prior to the wedding (recommended at  4 & 2 weeks prior to event)

  • Unlimited correspondence via phone or email to keep your mind at ease

  • Create a Pinterest board, a place for us to share ideas

  • Use of any of our rental items at a 20% discount

  • Attend rehearsal {up to 1 hour}

  • Full service day of the wedding starting at 8am until after the first dance, or as needed. This could include delivering anything to the venue, decorating, moving chairs from ceremony to reception sites, final touches. Anything you could possibly need, we are at your disposal.

  • Paying vendors the day of the wedding, at your request

The In-between Package  up to 150 guests•

  

This package is a little more than the Day-of Coordination but a little less than the Full Planning. This package would be ideal for the person who has all the ideas but needs a little help bringing everything together. This would also be an ideal package for the bride who lives out of town; we would be your   on-location eyes and ears. This being a flexible package, we can work one on one to tailor this package to suit your needs, however here is a general guide of what’s included:

 

  • The services of both Lock & Key ladies

  • Three - one hour meetings prior to the wedding

  • Wedding location visit, with the bride or via FaceTime

  • Unlimited correspondence via phone or email to keep your mind at ease

  • Budget assistance, if requested

  • Use of any of our rental items at a 20% discount

  • Attend rehearsal {up to 1 hour}

  • Full service day of the wedding for any and all of your needs
