HOW DO I RESERVE ITEMS?
The Lock & Key requires a non-refundable deposit of 25% to reserve any rental items. This can be done in the form of cash, cheque or e-transfer. The balance due 14 days prior to your reservation dates.
HOW DO I DECIDE WHICH WEDDING PACKAGE IS FOR ME?
Contact The Lock & Key for a free consultation and we can discuss where you are at in the planning process and where you need the most assitance to make things move along smoothly. From there we can customize a package to suite your needs moving forward.
PICK UP / DELIVERY?
The Lock & Key is based out of the Cowichan Valley. Items can be picked up the day prior to your event with return the day following. Delivery can be provided for a small fee. Some items have delivery included within the cost (stated in the description of the item) Delivery is also available out of area for a minimum fee of $50. Please Inquire.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
Items are reserved on a first come -first serve basis. We can do our best to accomodate you while you make a decision, however the only way to guarentee availabilty is to secure the items or services through payment of the 25% deposit.
WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?
The 25% deposit is non-refundable. Any changes or cancellations to your rental order will result in the loss of your deposit. In regards to services, you would be subject to paying for the services recieved from The Lock & Key up until cancellation. Changes in date would be accomodated to the best of our availability.
